My warranty company (AHS)placed a service ticket for #1 R & R Electrical Allstar and I had the pleasure of speaking with “Heather”!! She made sure that an electrician was out in a timely manner and on a holiday as well!!! Her compassion proved to me that great people are still out there!! Me and my family have been without heat for 5 days. Heather made sure that someone was out in a timely manner. When the electrician arrived today his name was “Russ” and he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and funny!! I’m forever grateful for this company as these two employees made my service request an efficient and professional service fix. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family!! Thank you Heather & Russ for your AWESOME service.

A simple change that a part can be purchased at home Depot for $30. I'm on my 11th day still waiting for them to come back and replace my Ac fuse panel. The part has to be ordered?? Please. AHS should be ashamed of themselves. I'm also cancelling their service

Worst experience.Avoid them at all cost.If assigned byAmericanHomesheild.They lie , do not do the work and will cost you your claim.specially a electrician Tyler in West Palm Beach area is a disaster.He lies makes wrong diagnosis resulting in claim denial and do not likes to do what is needed he cuts all corners. They lack Expertise no courtesy , stay away from them you will be happy.if AHS assign them to you have them replaced.

This company is AHS preferred vendor but you can have the vendor changed. If you live in the Tallahassee area then request Fraser Electric Inc and I promise you won't be disappointed. Their service is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I won't use R&R ever again through AHS.

This company/personal sucks!! I waited 2 separate days for these people to come out for a warranty call. The first day I was told 11am then rescheduled to today 12/7 btwn 10-2. Well at 12:12pm today I get a call from Heather asking to schedule my appointment. I tell her I’m already scheduled and she says that I’m not she just got my paperwork back from the Sat resch. I advise her I took off to be home for their visit and her reply was “oh well we’re not coming out today, I don’t know what to tell you” This 1 star rated electrical company & their personal need to humble themselves. Sadly people are still using them
