Power steering went out :( As soon as I made an appointment and got there at my scheduled time, I didn’t even have to wait like numerous other places I have been to.They pulled my car in and got to work. Waiting room my very clean and comfortable, especially with Covid going on. Reasonable prices and my car is even better than before it started having this problem!! Especially with having kids and a busy work schedule I need my car and in working condition. These guys went beyond the service that I expected to be given. PROFESSIONAL kind and knowledgeable workers!! Will definitely be back for the services at 10 second automotive!

My vehicle was making a squeaky noise when I brake. I took it to the dealer to be checked and they gave me a very pricey estimate to get it fixed. I looked up automotive repair shops, and 10 Second Automotive LLC popped up . I called, and Jasmine was so pleasant and told me to bring my car in and they would take a look. They replaced my front and back pads as well as rotors for a whole lot cheaper than what the dealer was going to charge. 10 Second Automotive provided quality work, reasonable pricing, and quick service. I will recommend 10 Second Automotive LLC to all my friends and family.

I took my vehicle to get the suspension checked out because I was hearing a loud noise coming from the front my vehicle , once I dropped off my vehicle they stated that a rear strut needed to be replaced but they recommended to replace both struts. So we replaced both, upon picking up my vehicle I heard a rattling noise coming from the back of the car so I immediately turned around heading back to the shop so they can figure out what the noise was since it was a new noise, when they looked into it they admitted to dropping a bolt between the metal panels in the truck liner and didn’t fish it out. So Javi stood there with a magnet for 10 min until he found the bolt and removed it. After leaving the shop for a 3rd time, the noise was still there, I decided to keep driving since I didn’t trust them working on my vehicle. I took my vehicle to an other shop to get diagnostic they stated that 10 second auto did not install my struts probably, there was a clip that holds the strut in place that is supposed to be removed from the old strut and installed in the new strut. I ordered the part which was only available through the dealership. Which means I had to spend more money and time, as well was being out of a car for a week . Once the new shop installed the clip I heard NO noise!! I took in my car to 10 second auto in for front suspension work and ended up leaving with rear suspension problems I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone this is the definition of a ally mechanic.

Dropped off my sister’s van for repair they gave us a time frame came back to get the van but the thing was we don’t smoke in her car and when we got the van back it smelled like stale smoke and some things in the van were moved around. Be very careful about the people they have working on your stuff.
