Very pleasant experience my first time around with John at 12 Volt. Wanted to wire up an aftermarket sunroof to a factory switch, most electricians wouldn't even attempt this, or if they did, they wanted to charge for even trying with no guarantee of success. John took on the challenge and got it working, though i ended up having to return to the universal switch for other reasons, he was very helpful and conscientious about getting me back into the shop ASAP so he could fix it up for me. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and has a great rate and works fast. Highly recommended, also, he's a nice dude so that goes a long way with doing any kind of business. 10/10

John was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband has wanted a remote start for a long time. Our auto mechanic recommended 12 Volt, so we reached out to John based on the recommendation. So glad we did! Price was very reasonable, scheduling was easy and convenient, and last but not least, the service was quick and John was very helpful, knowledgeable AND nice! My car is next and we will definitely refer friends and family!

Definitely see why 12 Volt Specialist has a 5.0 Google rating. We wanted to have remote starters installed in our sons' cars as Christmas gifts. Although I work on cars a lot, we weren't sure how to go about having one installed. I wasn't sure what to ask or what to expect but John walked me through the process politely answering several follow up questions from me and finally gave me a really competitive price quote. On our scheduled installation day, he was already preparing when we arrived and gave us confidence the job was going to be done right. I can tell he knows his way around a car because both of ours are older models with some glitches but he was able to install both with no problem. HUGE smiles from us when he demonstrated the remote start function and the cars fired up for the first time! Really pleased with our experience at John's garage. We received great customer service and are looking to take our vehicles back there in the future.

John was extremely accommodating with my last minute request to install a remote start/keyless entry into my daughter’s 2000 Honda Accord while she was in town over the holidays. His work is amazing, and everything works perfectly (wasn’t even sure if it was possible to to have it installed on her car). John is a class act, excellent communication/response time, and I highly recommend. Thank you so much, John.
