Overall a simple and great experience. Called 3gs and was they were able to take my car in that day. They did an oil change and quick diagnostic of the vehicle for a fair price. The service was overall pretty quick. They performed the diagnostic and summarized what was going on and explained I had more of a cosmetic item more than anything functioning poorly. They also provided some advice on daily care for the issue to not be bothersome. Overall really appreciated the service and I felt like you could trust to get honest advice rather than any immediate upsell. Highly recommend!

Brian is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever known. It is so comforting to know that when I bring my car there, he is only going to give me the absolute truth about what needs to be done. In an industry where there is a lot of dishonesty, Brian is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend!

My wife’s car broke down, late in the day. It was not drivable and I knew I had to tow it to a mechanic. I remembered I had taken this car to Brian at 3G’s Automotive before over 2 years ago and I new my previous experience was outstanding. His shop was closed already, so I was not able to call him before I had it towed. Had it towed there anyway. I called Brian the next morning and let him know what happened, he let me know he could not promise he would be able to get to it that day, as he was booked solid for the next week! He said he would look at it and determine if he could get to it. It ended up working out that he was able to squeeze me in and get back on the road that same day. Brian is professional and trustworthy. I will go to him for all my car maintenance and issues. Thanks Brian!
