Jerin Joseph5 StarMy Dodge Ram pickup had a shot transmission, so I was referred by a friend to use Bobby to get it sorted out. Not only did Bobby go above and beyond to fix the problem. He also did a thorough job explaining the step by step process and gave me updates along the way. There was always communication and patience with the repair even though I brought him some of the wrong parts to complete the job. In due time the truck is back on the road and running great! It took time, but great things happen with patience. He made sure to use parts that exceeded factory specifications to ensure the rebuilt transmission had a long ways to go. Can’t thank Bobby enough.
