Bob and crew are the very best. I bought my car at JAM and they care for it like it's still theirs. They had moved and I thought I'd lost them. I was frantic!! So glad I figured out where they are!!

Went to this place 3 times for the same issue, bought my car from Teds in July and the light came on in August. I dont Have the energy to fight anyone over there about fixing an issue they clearly ignored. Bob is cocky and the result was never fixed. So if you’re in need of buying from Teds just use your own mechanic. It seems they just reset the check engine light because it always came back on after about the 10th time I started the car up all 3 times. Highly disappointed in their services and my choice to trust them. Now I’m paying out of pocket when I’m under warranty but cannot trust them nor do I have the time to keep going back and waiting hours for the same results.

I would not recommend at all by far old couple sat there for inspection was told parts were in they sat there for over 5 hours for inspection and 2 tires

Had my car there 5 different times. Can't diagnose it, and even had me go to an outside mechanic to diagnose it. Still not fixed. And told me it's not their problem. Under warranty for 2 years. Not drivable at times. I warn people to stay away!
