$10,000! STOLEN! BY HANI ATA! I purchased a BMW from Hani here on a Friday and brought the BMW back here on Tuesday because it was overheating. I dropped it off and came back a few hours later because he needed time to diagnose the problem. I was told I needed a new radiator and that he could get it done before our family trip to Maine this weekend. I come Friday and pay "Hani" $600! Note he was the one that passed it for inspection.. (Found it weird I didn't get a receipt and that his credit card machine wasn't working and that it was 600 even) It drives fine to the house 5 minutes away. I pack up the car and my wife and two kids hop on 495. About 30 minutes in the BMW is overheating again and there's white smoke coming out the back. I call my brother and he drives my wife and kids home. AAA tows it back to Seven Genies. Someone who barely spoke any english told me Hani wasn't there but he would look at it when he gets back. He took the key from me. I came back the next morning. My window is broken.... and everything inside the car that we packed was gone...STOLEN. GPS, Laptop, camping gear, fishing gear, ipod, too much. I file a police report but nothing happens.. I take the BMW somewhere else and they tell my the head gasket is blown... I ask if there's a new radiator in there and they tell me no. You can see all the bugs/dirt/leaves in the old radiator. It completely failed inspection too! I demand my money back from Hani but he keeps refusing and says too late. I guess after 7 days you can't get your money back through the lemon law. What I don't understand is if he makes so much money scamming people whys he look like hes homeless and never washes his clothes or takes a shower. I ended up selling the BMW for $500 for parts.
