Ordered a set of tires to go on my vehicle. Arranged to come back the following Friday to get them put on. Received a phone call and was informed that that particular tire was no longer available. Was told they could get me a different brand of tire at the same price. I agreed to the change and made arrangements to come to Hamilton the following Friday. Drove to Hamilton on Friday afternoon (I live 45 minutes away) only to be told that he forgot to call me to tell me that the truck didn't come in with the tires (so I made the trip for nothing). I was told to come back the following Friday. I decided to call the next Friday (something told me to call before I drove there again) and I'm glad I did. I was told again that they forgot to call me and tell me that those tires were also unavailable. I asked him if they were not going to be able to get me tires and he said he would check. I received a call a couple of days later telling me that they found a set of tires (the original ones that were discontinued).

Really like this place the work is great the price is reasonable they work on my truck-atv-utv and chain saw it's a one stop shop !! Just wish they were open on Saturday.

Ask to repair or replace inside heater unit Done. Specifically requested serpentine belt replacement.Went to pay 300 dollars which I assumed was for both repairs since very little labor time ,and finished so fast.Paid said Thanks, and ask about Belt and he said he didn't hear anything and looked good still!!! What the hell That serpentine broke cause over heat pulled over on Highway (Very scary) 36 doesn't have but tiny shoulder. After tow and repairs 400$$ plus ! A simple request for 20$ belt,30$ labor. It was a unnecessary and unprofessional LIE!! When I called and told him no reimbursement, no apology he just stuck with his LIE .Take your auto there if you want too,but don't expect it to be done Right.Cause it won't be. Sorry but True!!
