He was fast reliable and knowledgeable! The best thing though, is that he was able to above and beyond the call of duty. First off, I called him at 9pm on thanksgiving eve with a blown steering belt issue. He picked up the part and was working on my car by 939. After working on it in 28 degree weather, he realized I was in need of one more part. He drove an hour long, round-trip commute to secure the , continue working and had the decent to pick up a small portable heater for me since I was stranded and couldn't turn the heat on as the belt was disconnected . Long story short, the phrase "life saver" isn't good enough. The better term is "quick life saver " affordable, prompt and knowledgeable! Call him!!!! He can pretty much diagnose the issue over the phone!!! Ty sir!!!

2007 Honda Accord Story: This has gotten a little involved but I think its a story that needs sharing. Called Lonnie after searching for a mobile mechanic in google. Not knowing anything about it, asked him to come take a look at the wobble issue of my Honda Accord. He said, I would have to replace my front control arms for both sides. He recommended using amazon for parts and texted me a link for the parts; I bought them and asked him to come replace it. He offered $200 for the fix. But the amount of hours he spent on it to replace both upper and lower control arms in the front, I felt that he quoted me too little and so we re-negotiated our deal. However, he never asked for more than what he initially quoted. Also, he needed me to rent a tool which I had to pay for. But he also returned and gave me a receipt for it once he was finished using it. Let me be succinct and say that I found my mechanic I had been searching for over a year. Lonnie is honest, courteous and dependable. I am very satisfied for the work he had done on my car. I appreciate his service and his humble presence. Thank you so very much.

Called at 6 pm on a Friday night. He responded, checked out the issue (starter) bought the part at a nearby shop and had my truck running by 9:45. Awesome that he works late and takes cash. Definitely worth a try if you need someone to come to your vehicle.

While I didn't actually use the service I believe they deserve some recognition. My car broke down in the DMV parking lot right as I was finishing the DMV hoop jumping. My mother is dying in Virginia and I informed every service of that. A1 called me back as soon as the message got to them at 9 pm on a Friday night. My phone seems a little wonkey right now and it's possible that many of the services didn't get the message right away. My point is that A1 did return the call on a Friday late in the evening and was willing to come out and fix my car. For that I believe they deserve recognition. I sincerely appreciate the gesture of professionalism and empathy during an extremely stressful and emotional time for me. Thanks and God bless you.
