I am very impressed with Mike Burrell's professional and personable service! He is knowledgeable and helpful and I could not have expected more from anyone, except for maybe a relative! Mike coordinated my service promptly, he provided timely feedback, followed through quickly and efficiently, took the time to answer questions and followed-up and followed through on additional concerns not included in original service request shortly after. I have very good reason to tell others like me to call Kniesels when in need for car maintenance or repair. So glad I know I can count on Kniesel's for great service!

I was traveling from Lincoln Ca,.. home to Ventura Co. When a warning light came on that I needed to add a quart of oil in my BMW. I drove off the freeway, into Citrus Heights to find help. And there he was,.. sitting at the front desk. I told him about the car warning,.. he researched what my car required for the proper oil. Proceeded to add the oil,.. and said ‘You’re good to go.’ What he didn’t know,.. is that My sister was in Hospice. I needed to take care of business at home to come back up immediately. He was my angel. I needed one,.. he gave me comfort. Such a blessing. He took care of a single lady on the road who needed help. How great is that? He stepped up. I would imagine he’d do good by you, too. Trust him. 😊
