Very professional and very kind. Took my vehicle to get the starter replaced, they did a great job with the installation. However, I was in a time crunch to get my car to a shipping service. There was a part of my transmission that needed to get cut off in order to get the starter on quicker. The service advisor let me know the plan and asked if it was okay to do. I gave them the okay to go ahead and do it… They had failed to let me know that they were going to charge me $100… an hours worth of shop time. I understand how shop time works but I wish I had been notified that I was going to be charged for it. I recommend that you communicate a little bit better. Other than that thank you for an amazing experience rare to find a good shop these days.

I explained my situation, they showed me the problem, gave a solution, and options! They were clear about what they were doing, and gave a great accurate estimate. Great quality work, great customer service, and fair pricing. I will be back!!

At first, seemed knowledgeable, and professional, Jack of all trades. Not so much, up graded brakes, which they put in backwards, had Firestone do repair . Upgraded cat/back, exhaust, damaged catalytic converter, gave bad advice on replacement, “test” pipe repair, cost $750, sounded really dumb, had to pay $1800, to replace. Did ok on suspension, but I went to another service center for adjustment. Weird thing, their office is behind a closed door, and “waiting room”, I under camera surveillance. My bill almost $10,000, about $4000 more than appropriate cost. Nothing special there, little shady, I will never go back, and won’t recommend them to any one. And no car fax on repair, suspicious receipts on parts, and warranties. Not a good experience for me.

Always make sure you check your car before you leave a shop. I told these guys from the beginning that my rear window wasn't working because the motor wasn't working yet they still had to charge me $150 for diagnosis. Okay... After that they told the part needed had to be ordered to Japan and was going to be almost $800. Okay.. I told them to just close the window without fixing it because I couldn't afford. So they closed it and for this I ended up being charged $400. Okay.. I was going to let all that pass but then I realized they broke my door handle and glued it together and it's not very visible. They sent me a message saying the plastic was old. The car is not rotten. The handle was broken because excessive force was used. So that's not cool.
