BAD BAD PLACE OF BUSINESS My truck sounded like it had a flat tire took it to this Absolute Auto worst mistake of my life the guy said brake caliber wheel bearing and struts so I said let's get it fixed! Reasonable rates I thought I paid for parts so he says this work will be done today oh wow great so this is Monday so at 5 pm he says I'm not going to be able to finish had a couple more jobs okay sounds good well Monday leads to Friday evening pick truck up I stay roughly four blocks away so I parked it got up at 4am for work immediately when I get in it sounds the EXACT SAME WAY OMG so I go to his shop and what do you know there not open so Monday back at it he says can't get you in til Thursday take it back Thursday and he says same thing this guy is on METH TO FIND OUT HES UNLICENSED HE AND THR OWNER REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND TODAY WHICH NOW IS TUESDAY THEY WERE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY VEHICLE WITHOUT SIGNING A PAPER IVE HAD TO GET POLICE INVOLVED AND EVERYTHING WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS WHO HAS THE MONEY TO LET SOME JUNKY KEEP TWEAKING ON THERE VEHICLE now another place has to fix there work after 13 days of dealing with these people shame on them I have 5 babies😌😌😌

Kenny the owner, is a great guy and wish he personally could have worked on my vehicle. The one mechanic that does work there had no idea what he was doing. I took my vehicle there for a rear main seal replacement first thing on a Monday morning. I had to personally call every day to get updates. It took 4 days for a job that was supposed to be right under 8 hours of labor. Thursday came, and I waited two hours just for fluids to be topped off, vehicle had not been test driven, electric third row of seats was not working, rpm gauge was spinning and not accurately working, and on top of all that, the overdrive off light was blinking on my dash. They claimed they're computer would not connect to my vehicle but would with others. I left it there for them to get my vehicle back to how it was when I brought it in. Friday evening came, still no answers. I took my vehicle and went to a local part store where immediately 4 transmission codes came up. So on top of spending over 800.00 and not having a vehicle for a week, missing work, etc, my vehicle is in worse condition and I have to take it somewhere else to fix they're mess up. Never again. I do not recommend this place because of the mechanic. If you don't know what your doing, then don't attempt to do it! Completely unacceptable!
