Full marks awarded to this shop. They got me in the next day, comprehensively diagnosed my alternator failure, explained in detail how they did so when I asked, and charged me for less than an hour of work for all of the above. For comparison, the Toyota dealership tried to charge 3X the price, sell me a new battery + install, and took two full days to "verify" this work as part of the warranty claim that followed. The customer service here was respectful and kind, but just as efficient and accurate as their work. Without a doubt this is the place I'll go when I have electrical issues I can't sort out myself. Highly recommend.
