I’ve gone to these guys a few times since my private mechanic retired…. I did research to find a shop with high ratings and found this place…. I’ll admit I came into the shop a little hot the first time considering my dad’s a mechanic and that I’m also am willing to work on my own rig as female… I kind of assumed that these guys would kind of roll their eyes at me…However, they have been nothing but helpful.. extremely communicative… and Jon and Craig call/text as much as needed… and everyone I’ve met so far is very respectful; just straight shooters… I love my rig and will pay whatever it needs but besides that this is an honest shop with great work ethic and customer service. I can’t speak highly enough with what I’ve experienced so far. Check them out if you’re looking for a good shop.

Craig said it would purr like a kitten, as it does. Still ain't had it out on I-5, I'll know more then. What I do know is that the staff at Action Automotive is professional and courteous all around. I'd recommend them to anyone on those two qualities alone.✌️

I’ve been coming to Action Automotive for about a year and a half now. I love how they’re always honest about what needs work, what can wait, and what could be done but isn’t necessary. They also explain really well when I’m confused about a car issue. Today I had a few coupons from them and they worked it to get me the most off my service possible. Definitely the best place I’ve been too and the only place I would trust my car at.

I have taken my Toyota Sienna and my Camry Hybrid to Action Automotive on two different occasions. In both cases, they were very professional and timely is diagnosing and fixing the issue. I felt that their communication was really clear and the pricing fair. I definitely recommend their services.
