Same-day service when I hadn't expected it (they were able to get part today after all). Good explanation of likely reason for engine issue, resulting in likely fix with replacement of a valve assembly. (Writing review on day of repair, so TBD on any potential outstanding issues. But the lack of a check engine light already feels like a victory.) Professional and fair, with a reasonable quote matching the final cost. Talked with Doug, and unknown tech did repair. Fingers crossed that all is well, but everything about the experience exceeded expectations. Thank you!
