Neel is the mechanic there that always helps me out and they do really great honest work here and they offer really amazing prices! So the first time I brought my Audi to Addison auto repair my experience was fine. The second oil change I got, not the same result. This is the only place that has changed my oil since I’ve owned this car. I haven’t had a drop of oil on the driveway since I bought the car. After my oil change last week I notice a huge oil stain under my car. I brought the car back in and they said it was leaking from the drain bolt. They suggested I replace it. So I had them replace the bolt, it was still leaking so the tech said he put a rubber washer with the regular washer. Wasn’t leaking. Now a day later it’s back to leaking, they want me to change the oil pan for $340. They say that the oil pan is a wear and tear part and that it’s not something they caused. I talked to another mechanic who said they must have stripped the threads to make it leak that way. So now I have to have the oil pan replaced. I’m going to have the next mechanic check the oil pan to see if the threads were stripped. If they are I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureaus. Go in with no oil leak and leave with a massive one. So frustrating. Hope no one else has an experience like mine. If somehow they actually didn’t cause this, I will take this down or edit it.
