Fantastic experience. Diana at the front check in area was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient at getting us scheduled for needed repairs. Marley kept us informed as to when our vehicle would be ready and made many calls to procure parts needed and getting them in a timely manner. She performed her job well above and beyond to get our repairs completed. Tony who did our estimate was also great at his job. All employees that we dealt with at Addison are a wonderful asset to the company and should be recognized for their great service and dedication to making customers feel good about services received.

Jake with Addison Auto has been my go to guy for the past several years. Anytime my car ends up in a rough spot, Jake is able to get the car fixed and back to me as quickly as possible. My experience at Addison Auto has always been pleasurable and I will continue to come back for years to come. Additionally, when a coworker was rear ended in December 2021, I quickly told him to call Addison. He just got his car back and was overjoyed by the friendly staff and quality of the work. Thanks for being the best body shop in Denver!

Addison Auto did a great job fixing my vehicle after it was rear-ended. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and the car rental to make sure that I was taken care of. Marly was my service rep and she was fantastic. I also had great interactions with the front desk. The work has been completed for a couple weeks now and looks perfect. I definitely recommend.

I was introduced to Addison Auto Repair due to a collision in need of repair since they have a partnership with SF. They were excellent all around from the first phone call to handing my keys back today. Communication and customer service from everyone there was tremendous and consistent. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.. or insurance company!

All of the employees at Addison are awesome and super helpful. Diana at the front desk is very sweet and went out of her way to help me out when the rental car company didn’t come through. Seth did a great job explaining what work needed to be done to the car and kept me updated throughout the process and my car was finished by the promised date. He even had some of his guys in the body shop fix a minor issue for me that wasn’t related to the accident. I would highly recommend this business both for their customer service and the work that they do.
