Beware! In December 2021 I took a car for Maryland inspection at Adelphi Auto Service in Adelphi, Maryland. They failed the car for the left front axle shaft and the left rear shock. I purchased the part from Car Quest and took the car and the parts back to Adelphi Auto for them to replace them and reinspect the vehicle. Adelphi charged me to replace the parts and passed the car for inspection. The problem is that Adelphi didn't actually replace the axle or the shock. In January, I took the car to a mechanic to do an oil change. The mechanic informed me that I needed to replace the left front axle shaft because it was leaking. He showed me the part and also allowed me to take a video of it. I was shocked because I had just paid for Adelphi to replace the very same part. I went back to Adelphi and spoke to the manager and the technician, James. I was told that they would inspect the car again for a fee and that I couldn't be in the garage while they inspect it. I said they should inspect it for free because it was their work and I brought the car back to them within the warranty period stated on the repair order. I left when they refused to do the inspection without me paying. The axle shaft was $90, plus I paid Adelphi $75 to replace it. Now I will have to pay a different mechanic to replace it because it is leaking. Now, it should be noted that I was told by James that I had no power and he attempted keep the receipt that I let him read. In fact, I had to quickly snatch the re riot from his hand as he tried to run away with it. I now in the process of exploring a legal remedy.

Will be filing a law suit they are not for there customers. Went here just to get an oil change and a tire replacement and now my car is not the same. Received service on Saturday by Sunday my car was not the same . They are very greedy and are not good people to take your vehicle to unless you want your car to have more problems after they service it. Please be careful they preyed on me as a pregnant female that doesn't know much able cars. Bad for business.

They will SCAM you. I went to DMV to get my registration after I’ve done a star inspection at this place. He sent a wrong wrong vin number to DMV. I asked them to fix it they wouldn’t BO LEE was the inspector. I have to call state trooper to get it fixed. This place they don’t listen to you. They are all same don’t want to help customer just make the money and no refunds. Worst customer service ever they should not be in business.

RUN they are a SCAM!!! They will ruin your car! Also I find a different auto repair place to inspect your vehicle. It is just a mess you will have to clean up!!
