My experience with Advanced Automotive was great! My passenger window would not roll up using either the driver switch or passenger switch. Cassandra kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and let me know exactly what the issue was and what they needed to order/fix. My window works perfect now! They also did an entire vehicle inspection for me, identifying other issues I was concerned with. I will definitely be going back if I need something else fixed and I highly recommended them to anyone looking for someone to truly take care of their vehicle. The whole team was very kind and accommodating!

A huge thank you to Vince and Cassandra, who were just amazing helping me through a sticky situation. Their entire team really is amazing! I have to say everyone there really treated me great, but Vince and Cassandra really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop through this process. Cassandra made things really easy for me by personally sending texts, video of my vehicle, pictures, whatever I needed. I knew I could just shoot a text off if I had a question and she would respond when she got a chance. When preparing to repair my engine after ordering parts, the team to notice of a few things that ultimately they decided it was in my best interest to replace the entire engine, not repair it. Vince then took it upon himself to contact me personally, to talk to me a little further regarding my situation (as there was a little more to the story that doesn’t really factor into my review here), but he didn’t need to contact me. They could easily have just done the repairs, gotten paid, and not worried about it. Then, while I dealt with some of fine details on my end of things, they allowed me to keep my car at the shop in case we needed to look at it again or have someone come look at it again. They could easily have told me to get my car towed out of there. They are honest and reliable which is difficult to find these days. I personally won’t be going anywhere else. My business will always go to them first! They have proven how far they will go to make sure their customers are not only taken care of and satisfied, but make sure you leave feeling like a member of the family or an old friend. I had a control module replaced here and all I can say is WOW! Great customer service the front desk lady cassandra was amazingly helpful! And she kept me in the loop threw the whole process! I was so greatful they were able to get my van in and fixed for me they did an amazing job! Highly recommend them!!! I will definitely use them in the future for any other fixes!! (Or checks!)

The crew at Advanced Automotive saved my marriage! 😉 We were heading to vacation about 13 hours from home when our air conditioner went out in temperatures well over 110. Vince treated me like he had known me for years, even though we do not know each other. That's the kind of service you receive at Advanced Automotive. No but honestly, Vince and I have known each other for years, which is why I don't understand why he treats me like every other customer that comes to his shop. He doesn't favor anyone, especially his friends. You'd think I'd get some type of preferential treatment. Lol All kidding aside, Vince and his crew are consummate professionals and I give them the highest rating a customer can give... not just because Vince is my good friend, but because of the reputation he and his crew have established across the city of Madera and the Central Valley. So, if you have any vehicle needs, shoot on over to Advanced Automotive. You won't be disappointed!
