dana h1 StarTook 01 BMW after referral by family member. What a nightmare! Over $3200 bill! Charged dealership rates and received shoddy work. Lug nuts had only been hand tightened after returning due to brake issue that is related to brake job done, newly installed rear shock ended up busting through my trunk 2 days after picking up because only replaced shock and not mount. Charged $175 to look for oil leak that was never found. Mechanic stated he had been overloaded at time he was working on our car. Waited months to leave review in hopes of a some effort to make me feel better and remedy brake issue that still exists as well as oil leak. Maybe at least refund $175 charged to find oil leak? Not a chance! Take your car at own risk! Maybe if only need oil change or something simple they will be fine. If i could leave a 0 star i would.Friday 30th November 2018

He is thorough and takes his time explaining the issues so that I understand what is wrong and how we are going to fix it.
