I have never had this bad of customer service ever!! Since day one we always had excellent customer service! Never had any issues at all! But when I came in to talk to the Manager Dean I admit he owened up to the shops mistake and stated they would take care of the issue. Good right? Well when calling and talking to the shop Brandon, his words were "when can you bring it in so we can clean it up and figure out how the cap came off" So the issue was brought it in Friday for an oil change. Drove it around. Smelled oil. Figured oil spilled on the engine. Keep goin....3 days later still smelling like im driving behind an exhaust pipe, still running rough so still figure oil needs to circulate and burn off. Well get new wipers and get some fluid and open the hood and guess what!! The oil cap was left off!! Long story short came to get it cleaned and talk to the Manager who just minimized the situation and didnt care. Just lost a faithful customer. Too bad customer service isnt as good as it use to be. Im sure they could care less but just wanted to share my situation with the customer service as well as the manager.

The number listed here isn't specifically for the service center apparently. It's 7:54am and I called with a question about my 9am appointment, the message says they're closed and then says the service center opens at 7:30. So I'm not sure what number this goes to. It gave the option to leave a message but then said the mailbox is full. I then checked the Contact Us portion of the website and this is the number listed for main, and sales, and service, and parts, even though it doesn't work right now when service should be open. So I guess I'll call back at 8:30 when it said the sales department opens and hope someone is there in whatever department this rings to to answer.
