Did a poor job replacing my brakes for the price of $500. I honestly felt I could have went somewhere different and got them done. I didn’t feel safe driving after getting the brakes done. I did not receive a print out or write up on what all was done either; which is a kind of unprofessional. I had my car towed there due to it stalling out - I was informed they aren’t open on Saturday. Even though he called me on Saturday to tell me the engine was messed up. I asked for pricing for the potential damages; he didn’t call to tell me the pricing until Monday afternoon. I’m assuming they ran a diagnostic to know what was wrong; but sadly this place of business has lost my trust entirely because he didn’t inform on the price of a diagnostic (price range differs at different shops). Monday afternoon after informing me that the engine was messed up and would cost $2600. I declined the service and was informed I had to pay $125 for the diagnostic regardless (I didn’t receive a print out of what was wrong with my car). Overall terrible experience with this business and unprofessional staff.

If there was 10 stars i would ve rate them 20. Super nice and caring staff. They know their stuff. affordable. They don't try to scam you or sell you anything you don't want or need. Very efficient, i was in and out fast.

My car was constantly steering to the right. I took my car to Earl and he diagnosed the issue right away. It was my control arms and bearings. Earl and his staff did a great job. I highly recommended him to everyone. He is now my lifetime mechanic.
