They were very helpful, they answered the phone every time ready and willing to help. They even gave me follow up calls about the entire process. They picked my vehicle up and once repairs were complete they delivered it back to me on time and literally dropped it of in the same spot they picked it up from. I hope I don't need those repairs again but one thing is for sure I'll have a trusted company to assist me in whatever i need done. I recommend them to anyone who wants a friendly, professional experience with affordable pricing and positive feedback.

My car wouldn't start over the weekend and first thing Monday morning I got it over to Affordable Automotive . They were able to put a new starter in it and have it running again by the afternoon. Great, reliable service! Hopefully I won't have any car troubles again soon but if I do I will be coming back to have these guys work on it

a few days ago me and my friend got stuck at the car wash in Oak ridge, my car randomly not turning over after giving the car wash. called around a bunch of places, everywhere said i would have to get my car towed, and then they would try to get to it tomorrow. we then call here and they tell us that they can send someone out right away to come help us. it was such a relief. they came and gave our car a jump and explained possible reasons. they didn’t charge me anything and were super nice! would definitely recommend .

So today of all day my transmission gives out and I called around to get quotes for a repair and find out best place to have it done in oak ridge and 5 out of the 6 places I called recommend Affordable Automotive service I tired to call and to my surprise they hadn’t answered so I drove over there and honestly I was not impressed by the parking lot they have cars everywhere and it looks so unprofessional and I can honestly say I’ve never seen a automotive service in oak ridge look so bad and If they have that many cars just hanging out why would anyone trust them to do there vehicle I definitely don’t and won’t recommend anyone to you guys you look unprofessional,unorganized and like nothing gets done this shop makes oak ridge look bad

I just wanted to praise the great people at Affordable automotive. I came in around 2 today with my far misfiring and shaking all over the road. They were my 6th call to local shops to see if I could bring it in today and they said they would look at it. Everyone else I called knew I was having problems but wanted me to try and drive it back for an appointment next week. When I spoke to Courtney, she was such a sweetheart! I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had my car fixed and back on the road by 4 pm on a Friday evening! Wow guys what a way to impress and it looks like I have just found my new car repair shop today. I have some more repairs that I will be doing in the next few months but I could not have asked for anyone to be any nicer. They are truly a great family of professional folks that I truly feel blessed to be acquainted with and thank God our paths crossed today! If you have automotive issues, please see my new friends and ask for Courtney to fix you up!! Thank you guys once again for seeing me on such short notice!!
