Excellent staff! Excellent service!!! I have been to Al's Auto Care several times now and I can absolutely say they go above and beyond to help their customer every time! I unfortunately had to go there originally for an engine replacement not really knowing what to expect. I had called quite a few places and Al's without a doubt won me over on the phone. From the moment I dropped off to the moment I picked up, I knew exactly what was going on. They go the extra mile in explaining to you what is being done. Not only that but the service is way beyond what you would expect from a shop. The amount of detail they went into to make sure not only the engine was good enough to install, but after Install to make sure everything was working properly was outstanding! I felt like the price I paid vs what they did extra to check over the vehicle that I should have paid double the price! Since then I have been back a couple times for other non engine related problems and I couldn't be happier with the service! They always work around my crazy schedule as I work nights and always make sure the car is good to go for when I wake up to go to work. If I had to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say they are a 100! Definitely won't be disappointed by going here and I will definitely be back when I need something done!!!

Bret took the time to explain my CV boot repair and recommended an axel replacement given the labor vs. Part cost trade. I also took my wife's car in for service as well. They are very professional and treat everyone with respect. Their costs are similar to the shop I usually go to. I pass by the shop frequently and wanted to give them a try as the lot is always full. I will definitely go back.

Engine misfire in my MB GLK 350 They ran a diagnosis and advised me on all conditions found and gave me several choices as how to proceed. I chose a complete engine replacement and now the SUV is running just like a brand new vehicle. They did a great job at a reasonable price .I highly recommend them.
