I want to like these guys, I really do. Years ago, I felt like they were honest, I'm not sure anymore. I took my car in for a loud noise in the reverse gear. They charged over $500.00 for a break job. I picked the car up and the noice was still there. Needless to say, I had to spend another $360.00 on U-joints. Now I'm wondering if I ever needed brakes. The prices are grossly exaggerated. A close friend of mine just spent over $5000.00 on a transmission, not even the dealership charges that much. They are very nice people in person, but make sure you shop around regarding prices.

Since I moved to Henry county, I only trust this shop with my car. I never feel taken advantage of and everyone is extremely nice. They give accurate estimates and potential costs if problems arise. They have found things other places didn’t, and I knew something else was wrong with my car.

I used these guys several times. Each time the amount they charged when I arrived was more than the agreed upon price. The last time they supposedly fixed my air conditioner. However, when I picked up my car the air worked worse than it did before I took the car in. And again they charged me $100 more than the agreed price. When I returned to complain about the repair being a failure , after leaving my car there yet again , they then said something else was wrong not the part they fixed. However, it had only been a short time. They did not stand by their work and wanted to charge me another $1000.00 to repair the other issue. If something else was faulty why wasn’t I told that at time of service. I will never return to this place and if I were you I would save myself the trouble by finding someone else. I did and love my new car shop that is right down the road from them. This place is a rip off. Don’t go there for any reason. I even got over charged for an oil change. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PEOPLE. Please you’ll be better off choosing another repair shop.
