As a former employee I would like to say that I would recommend All Service to anyone, for both roadside assistance and vehicle repair work. Tom, the owner is a wonderful person and cares about the safety of his employees and customers over anything. His employees, whether from the tow yard or the shop always do their best to accomplish any task handed to them as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. I appreciate the opportunity to work for and along side everyone there.

The people at this repair shop went above and beyond in helping me when my car engine seized just before Columbus day weekend. My car could not be repaired. They went out of their way to help me find a rental car, drove me to the airport to pick up rental car and assisted me in buying an old car from a friend of their's. I am extremely grateful for their help and kindness.

Our car broke down late on Sunday evening while headed to Okemo for a family ski vacation. We were assigned All Service Citgo by our USAA roadside assistance company, and couldn't have been more pleased. Tom was exceptionally helpful and reassuring. Not only was our car towed safely to a nearby town, but they were also able to transport us in the tow truck to a local hotel. Nathaniel (the night driver) was quick, professional, and courteous. We certainly did not like breaking down on a dark road in an unfamiliar area, but were so fortunate to be helped by All Service Citgo. We liked them so much that we used them later in the week to get our car towed to Albany to a dealer. Again - great service. It is refreshing to find such a helpful and honest company. Tom and his staff should be commended for a job well done.
