I came from out of state to get to a military school in Alabama from Virginia. I broke down just outside of Madison,Ga and Allen’s auto repair had a high review rate and chose to have my truck towed to his shop. Him and his son were very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. When I finally got a rental car and arrived at their shop he had already found the issue with my truck, had the cost, and told me he could have it fixed by Friday and this was a Thursday mind you. Fast forward to Sunday because this was the only time I could make the trip to get my truck. Allen’s business is closed on Sunday and he charged me a few dollars to come pick me up in his personal vehicle at 0730 to bring me back to his shop to get my truck. This has been the experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic shop and southern hospitality all in one. I would only recommend this auto repair shop in the local area and if I could make him mechanic from my next duty station I would. The prices were great as well for a water pump and wheel bearing out the door about under 800 dollars. Again, I can’t describe how professional this shop was and they were not trying to find more repairs or screw over the customer. Good people andhard working Americans!
