I requested a Tow from USAA roadside assistance and after waiting for 4 hours they finally gave me the driver’s phone number and when I called a female answered and told me that it would be another 30-45 mnts. Can’t believe USAA is using this PS company

Booked through my warranty company at 10am for a tow that was needed by 7pm. Kept getting pushed back over and over until it was eventually cancelled. Too late now to get the car towed. Funny how the warranty company chooses a company an hour and a half away that they know won’t show up. Why would you even accept this booking when you know you aren’t going to show up?

Was booked this company through my progressive insurance and we’re confirmed pick-up in 120-135 minutes. After 3.5 hours go by and still never showing, progressive contacted me and stated they were no longer answering calls and couldn’t be reached.

This company is F-ING horrible. TRUST THE REVIEWS AND IF YOU GET ASSIGNED TO THIS TOW COMPANY ASK FOR ANOTHER. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE BBB, AS WELL. THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've already told my insurance company to end business with them and so should others. I wish I could give ZERO stars with how horrible they are.

Absolutely lousy. I got a text message saying they would be arriving at my house in 2 hours-2.5 hours After calling them when 2 hours elapsed I asked them for a ETA and the guy said 35 minutes. Right now is 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I just called Subaru and told them to cancel them and select another company for tomorrow. Wow, just terrible.
