Took my truck in because it was "missing" and almost stalling. They estimated $2000 to replace 6 spark plugs, ignition coils and intake manifold gasket set. When I said no thanks, that's too high, the mechanic said they could do it for $1400. When I went to pick it up they said they would have the manager call me, that the mechanic writing the quote had only worked there 1 week. She never did. And perhaps they should have a more senior employee check quotes before sending to customers. It cost me $300 in parts and my husband fixed it in 21/2 hours. Try should have quoted about $600

First time there, I was in a pinch, it's almost Christmas and my sunroof got stuck open! They were very friendly, told me to come in right away, and had it closed by 2pm, AND the cost was affordable. I'm def going back.
