Sierra Hitchcock5 StarAnderson automotive has always been so great to me and my family and I can tell the work they do is quality. They care about their customers and not just how much money they can make! I got my brakes replaced a year and a half ago at another shop and they just didn’t seem like they were done that good and seeing as they had to be fully replaced again so soon it kind of shows that weren’t don’t great, but when I got my brakes done here I can tell they did a good job, they don’t make any noises anymore and overall they just did a great job! This isn’t my first time going to them, I’ve been going there for about a year now and I don’t plan to go anywhere else!Friday 1st April 2022

John Baumann1 StarBrought my car in because of the reviews and left (three days after the date they said it would be done) with a new noise that "might just be exhaust." I've had the car for over 7 years, I would've known about the "exhaust" drone. I was told I cannot supply my own parts, for warranty purposes. No biggie, they said they used factory parts, that's cool. When I searched the part, not only did I get up-charged a significant amount, but they used Duralast and TrakMotive. Distrustful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Wish I had spent my money elsewhere.Sunday 6th February 2022
