What kind of business doesn't allow PAYING customers to use the bathroom? You're waiting 2-3 hours for service to be completed and you're not allowed to pee.

He will tell you he will work on your car and then , keep lying about it , and then tell you i was trying to figure out the problem, and he wants to charge 95$ An hr , for diagnosing the issue ??? I called him after 5 days of him lying that it will be done tmrw… and at the end he told me to pick up my car and blocked my number. Sooooo unprofessional work

Called there to get my airbag module fixed. The person on the phone was super nice. I told him I will drop-off my car and I have to go to a doctor appointment and will pick it up same day. I brought the car quickly. I arrive and there was a guy outside working on Acura. I asked him if I can give him the keys to drop the car and I will come later. He yelled YOU HAVE TO WAIT and then he ignored me and wouldn't answer me. I waited for him to finish then we spoke again . He won't take the cat because he have no space in the lot. I told him that I already spoke on the phone. He said it's not my problem and he won't let me leave it here. All this time his tone of voice is messed up and rude. That's just messed up. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
