Christian Amato5 StarI have purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Andy's autos, and let me tell you i cannot be happier that I did!!! Andy and his wife (owners) are the most kindness, respectful and honest people you will ever meet. he sold me a very depending and reliable car under the market value. After i brought it, i brought the car to other mechanics and nothing was wrong it. So he stood by his word. Andy's auto will be my forever mechanic. I don't think i could ever go to someone else. I'm telling you! if your in the market of buying a used car go to Andy's auto NOW!!! you will not regret it. He has some options to choose from too! Baonguyen Nguyen5 StarWe were on our way amidst a 14 hour drive when we ran over some blown out truck tires. The tire remnants had stuck underneath the car and moved the protective plastic underneath, and because the people who did the previous oil change did not fasten screws underneath, it started to make a lot of noise and was dragging on the highway. I stopped by Dubois immediately and asked personnel at Autozone. They recommended Monro Auto Services and we went there first. They were off-putting and didn't really want to help us, even after we explained our situation. On the way into Dubois, I noticed a "mom-and-pop" autoshop and decided to stop at Andy's Automotive. We were very glad we did, because we could have just driven like that. They were very nice and helpful, and they quickly put our minds at ease in just 10 minutes. They also didn't want to charge us at all!!! Such friendliness and compassion. We appreciated Crank, the store spokespuppy as well. It's hard to find honest and kind automotive places, but if we lived nearby, we would definitely continue to give Andy's our patronage.Friday 29th October 2021
