Melissa King5 StarTo sum it up in 1 word, awesome! I was recommended to this shop by my neighbor after a terrible experience with others and I will NEVER go anywhere else now! Before the shop worked on my car they called me after finding the problems I was having with my car. After we dropped off the car, my husband wanted certain things done the same day and they were able to do it on top of the repairs too! I feel like everyone should have a great mechanic to take their car to so please try this place! I love that its local and close to my place so I know who’s working on my car. Ellen Luciana5 StarThis shop is an absolute gem in the community. They are super friendly, honest, and fair. Excellent service! I called Monday morning for a quote on a CV axle replacement and spoke to Mike. He gave me a very fair deal and told me he could complete the repairs that same day. I dropped off the car at 2pm and pick it up at 5pm around closing time.
When I dropped off the car Mike told me no other repairs would be done without my permission as that is their standard procedure. They kept their word and nothing was done without my permission. The mechanic that would be servicing my car was kind enough to drop me off and pick me up before and after the service was done. At pick up, I was shown pictures of the areas of concern for my car and was given future recommendation along with a time frame of when I can hold off on them. All in all, I am super pleasant with my experience and will definitely refer someone over!Tuesday 11th June 2019
