Not only was he kind but he was helpful in educating me on the issues with my brakes so that I don’t get ripped off. To have someone who repairs and keeps you informed was refreshing. I’m used to mechanics who keep me in the dark so that they can ensure more business. That level of trustworthiness is hard to come by.
