After spending time from shop to shop trying to find the most honest and trustworthy business to fix my a/c. I felt like Women get taken advantage of so often when dealing with mechanical businesses. I received outrageous prices which left me disappointed and stressed out. A friend then recommended Arizona Auto Care. Chris took a look and got her fixed. The cost was less than expected. They were Honest reliable and had great service. If you ever need work done. Don’t forget to stop by and see Chris. Thank you for your business Chris the stress has been lifted.

Although Chris was nice, I believe he overcharged me for his service. I’ve attached images of the receipts, and even if you think what they did was worth the price, theres no way to know that he actually repaired whatever was on the receipt because they make you leave your car there. Anyways he claimed my power steering fluid was leaking and was running a little low. I thought that was a little strange because I didn’t see any leaking beforehand so now I feel like I didn’t even really need a repair but he took advantage of the fact that I had no idea what was going on so he could exaggerate the issue. He charged me about around $430 and there wasn’t even a new power steering fluid pump! He told me he just added a new hose, O rings, a belt (view receipt)…all exterior things that should not need to cost that much. On top of that, labor cost more than the parts! It’s ridiculous how much they charge for the time spent on it. I would definitely shop around before settling on this place.
