Especially with my having low knowledge of cars, they are always completely honest with me with any questions I have. Example is when I asked if I needed new tires, and they assured me I had another good six months left. I feel that I may have been told "yes" immediately other places to get more business. They'll work with you to figure out realistic options based on your current situation, and they'll never tell you to do work that isn't necessary. Along with a fair price on the tires, they were able to squeeze the service in the same afternoon so that I would be able to leave at 6am the next day.
