There was a bit of an issue with air in my coolant system when leaving the premise, but it was easily resolved. Chase was very professional keeping me updated on the procedure. They even bound the hvac lines with zip ties. So far no leaks!

I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance and I was expecting a bit of a bill due to the car’s age. So when I got a call saying my timing belt needed replacement for $800, I paid it no problems. However, afterwards I started to notice my car doing things that it used to not. Eventually it shut off while I was in the middle of driving, and I had to get it towed back to the shop. They called and said that I had a broken crankshaft, and they needed to open the timing belt box back up to fix it, so it would be around the same cost I paid before. To be fair, it was nice of Atlas to cover the towing expense and they have me a 50% labor discount so it only came out to $400. But, my crankshaft was fine before I took it in, and it was broken when I got my car back, and I still had to put an extra $400 for something that wasn’t my fault. Less than ideal
