Doug Roberts5 StarI brought my car in for inspection today and had a wonderful experience. I've been going to Atlast for a few years now, and the owners are just the most wonderful people. They remember me every time I go in and even remember that I recently had a baby and asked how she is doing! They are truly caring people, and the work Pete does on the cars is top-notch. They have worked on two of my cars, and they are always fairly priced and honest. It's nice to have a neighborhood car shop with friendly people that you know you can trust.Thursday 21st October 2021

Sabrina Stafford1 StarI went to this mechanic because of the positive reviews and how close it was to my home. I went for a standard oil change and was severely overcharged. (DOUBLE THE PRICE of what I've been charged by other mechanics). It was my fault for not asking price prior to leaving my car, but I like to have faith that people are trustworthy. Unfortunately, they took advantage of the situation and severely overcharged me for an oil change.
They also went through my glove box which is a violation of my privacy. When I showed up to pick up my car, they handed me my inspection card. I was severely confused! Why am I being handed this? Why did you go through my belongings instead of just asking?
I have a sinking feeling they handed me this because my inspection is due in two months and they were attempting to get me to renew it with them. That is sneaky behavior and it left me feeling so uncomfortable.
I do not trust them and I am very upset that they took advantage of my time and my kind and trusting nature. I will not be returning and I hope that no one has to go through this same experience.Monday 14th February 2022
