So usually when I walk into a business like Audio Express or any other “man” domain, I’m lucky if someone will even wait on me or not make fun of me being out of my element. Not so at Audio Express. Mario Delgado was so helpful, respectful and personable. He listened to what I wanted, looked at my vehicle to see what I had that he’d need to include in my new sound set up and then showed me the options. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I felt the cost was in line with my expectations and the new system looked great when finished. Mario spent time with me showing me how it worked, paired my phone with the system and offered to give me a refresher course if I forgot. They did a wonderful job from start to finish.

I went in to have my radio installed, I did a walk-in and they helped me right away. Very friendly workers did not over charge at all told me exactly what I needed for my radio and advised me how long my wait was and for 2 people in front of me was not a long wait at all! I was basically in and out of there. They walked me to my vehicle and showed me things that they did for me and showed me my radio. I love my radio it’s awesome. I bought my radio online and brought to them and they installed it for me. Amazing people all around with amazing service. I’m definitely going back for my speakers

You want it, they can make it happen!!! Great products for every budget level with the knowledge to have you smiling when they are done. Audiophile to basic they have you covered and will make you drive away thinking this was the best thing I have done for myself, ever! Love my music and now I have concert feel inside my car! 47 yr old feeling 18 again at my first Guns and Roses concert! Thanks Audio Express!

Sales associate Mario was great. The manager on duty and the rest of the staff were great. Products were as expected. My only complaint is the technicians need to take their time putting everything back together. I know my Mercedes takes much labor but I paid extra for that labor. However they need to do it right the first time. A clip to speaker grill is stripped and not holding the grill to the speaker housing. It left a 1/2 inch gap and not flush. Other than that. Extremely satisfied.

I walked in the audio express shop not knowing what needed to be done or exactly what my boyfriend needed. Unfortunately I can not remember his name but because he was so passionate and knowledgeable about his job he was able to not only successfully help us in the store but over the phone as well when my boyfriend needed to step in and ask questions. He took the time to go over and look at the car and offer recommendations and not sale us things we didn’t need or just for the heck of it. The radio looks great in the car and I can now hear my boyfriend miles away again due to his system working properly lol so I’d say it was a successful trip. Thank you again, so sorry I can’t remember your name but thanks for the engagement and just the overall excellent service!
