I told Travis what I was looking for in a sound system for my Jeep and followed his recommendations..... This thing slams... it is crazy loud and crystal clear. Of course, we had to wait for an alternator to show up which took a lot longer than any of us wanted to wait (not their fault, its the way everything is these days) and it came down to the point I thought I was going to miss the deadline I needed it returned to me by and Christian and Travis pulled an all nighter to get it done for me on the day I needed it (I literally picked the Jeep up at 5:30 in the morning). Tell Travis, Christian or Kyle what you are looking for and listen to their advice..... you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered a dash kit for my mustang gt with shaker system. It took over 2 months to get it in, only to find out it wasn't compatible with my radio. No one had ever mentioned anything about that until it came in. I had to pay half down to order it. The owner kept trying to put me off until he got more radios in that were compatible with the dash kit, so he could sell me a radio as well and not be bothered exchanging my kit. When I insisted on exchanging the kit, he tried to say there would be a restocking fee, as if it were MY fault they didn't do their job. It took another 3 MONTHS to get the right kit to come in. I had to tell him I wanted my money back, at which point he said they'd charge a 35% restocking fee. They finally got the right kit in and installed it. Everything was fine for a few days until my battery died. I charged it up, it died again. I replaced it with a brand new one, it died again. I took it back to them, and they SUPPOSEDLY checked it out and said it was nothing they did. I got a friend to look at it and it was completely wired up wrong. He had to redo wiring. They apparently can't do an audio system more involved than basic systems. These are scam artists that don't know what they're doing half the time, are very unprofessional, and half the time are out back smoking weed. They were supposed to call every time something came in, and never ONCE did they call me. I had to constantly call them. Save yourself the time and money and STEER CLEAR!

I had an appointment to have a radio and speakers put in my jeep. I tried to call and cancel because there was a tornado watch, and that’s not good riding weather for a jeep. I called three to four times, but there was no answer. I decided to reschedule. I asked if I needed to check before I left to head that way because I was coming a long distance. I was shorted assured that I did not need to call. I was also told I would receive a call for pricing, which never happened. Upon my arrival, I left my jeep with the person who worked for the owner. I received a call shortly after that my radio could not be installed because he didn’t have needed supplies. Now I’m wondering since this is my second appointment, what happened to the supplies from the first time I had scheduled. He also stated that he had tried to call me before my driving down there; however, my phone never showed a missed call. When I went to pick up my jeep, he offered to allow me to buy some supplies from him, but I did not accept. After this run around, I really didn’t want to purchase anything from this place. He was a nice guy, and I’m sure he does a pretty good job of installing radios in cars; however, it’s not worth the run around, especially after driving 138 miles. Thank God my visit was not in vain because I was able to visit with my daughter and grandson. Otherwise, I would be very upset.

Those are my other family I already knew audio but since I met Travis and Kyle I learned alot more about audio they'll forever get my service.
