We needed his help on a Saturday afternoon, and he was so thorough and made sure things were resolved before he left hours later.
He listened intently to our descriptions of the issues, and even went so far as calling the utility company to help pinpoint where our particular issue was originating, and in the end, he knew the source of the problem, and I have to say that was so reassuring in itself.
He also made us feel safe, and not that we were overreacting, which was so appreciated .
