First, They lied on the phone about the costs of a diagnosis. Charged me twice as much when I was about to head out the door. Said they wouldn't even touch the car until they ran tests which I already had codes for. Was like, alright no big deal. Guy offered me a discount the next time I came in, but only took $20 off that final purchase so that was a joke. Second, The part they said didn't need changed ended up damaging other parts to my vehicle which is now gonna cost me way more than it would have had they not lied about the quality of the original part that had issues in the first place. They charged me to replace one part but my problems continued after. DO NOT go to these guys. Complete money scam. They will run you around making you clueless trying to syphon you from everything you have.

DON'T GO HERE. I went in for a simple oil change and brake light replacement. A bit after I paid and left, I noticed they hadn't reattached one of the tail lights properly (see picture), and it looked like my hood was still popped. Turned out that they had actually left an oil filter wrench under the hood of my car (see picture), which could have easily fallen into the belts and caused catastrophic damage. When I went back and asked for a refund, the guy said there was nothing he could do because "the work had already been done" and then insultingly offered 10% off my NEXT oil change. I will never be going back, and would not recommend to anyone values the safety of their vehicle.

I hope this is not the best Safford can offer when it comes to mechanics In automotive repair. Find somewhere else to go because this place is a joke !

Charged $50 to un-mount 4 tires off an trailer that were old and being replaced, will shop around for a price to mount and balance the new ones.

Very nice folks, good prices on oil changes. During one of my repairs there was an accident outside and the employees immediately hopped outside to help out the situation. They comforted the kids involved by giving lollypops out. These folks are really great people.
