Marcus Corbin (CorbCreations)5 StarI would recommend anyone in Mankato or surrounding areas to bring your vehicle here for maintenance. Staff is extremely friendly, shuttle is available, and they are right to the point and don't charge you for stuff you don't need. I used to always go to the Honda dealership and pay way to much for no reason. I would even hear the service people at Honda ripping people off right in the lobby. Here, they absolutely do not do that and price is always extremely fair and reasonable. I will for sure be bring my SUV and wife's car here from now on.Thursday 3rd March 2022
Mitchell Ruscin5 StarWe brought in my wife's Chevy Volt to try and figure out what was going on with a few issues.
The everyone we interacted with was really nice and easy to work with. They quickly figured out the issues with my TPMS sensors, got me a reasonable quote to fix them, and got them fixed quickly.
I was called several times during the process to let me know what they found, different options for each problem and a time frame for each resolution.
I couldn't really ask for much more out of a shop. They were honest, straight forward and friendly to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.Monday 6th December 2021

It is hard enough to earn my business in this space, but Matt and team have always taken care of me with unrivaled industry experience and a hometown feel. Taylor Mason1 StarDO NOT GO HERE. They told me it’d be $4300 to fix my transmission, call a week later and they upped the price to a little over 5k. I take it in anyways and they told me it’d be about 3 weeks. 3 weeks goes by with absolutely NO update, so I call them and they tell me “hopefully before Thanksgiving”. Thanksgiving rolls around and then another few days so I call them, Justin answered and didn’t seem to understand that I was upset that I had no update after almost a month in limbo. Justin then said “we’ll do
you want me to call you every other day just to tell you it’s not ready?” in a sarcastic tone. Obviously I would just like an update every now and then. To top it all off, after waiting more than 6 weeks I get my car back only to drive it around and my transmission STILL SLIPS! I’m not sure what they’re doing in there if they’re doing anything, but I basically just paid 5k to use someone else’s car for 6 weeks. Thanks a lot Austin’s Auto!Saturday 4th December 2021
