I was referred to Bob at Auto A/C & Electrical, by Pat Murphey of Murphey’s Auto. Super pleased!!! Very professional shop with a hometown feel and friendly staff. My A/C work (on an old suburban) was fast, (done by the end of the day) and the price was pleasantly, lower than expected. I'm happy to add them to my permanent contact list.

From the reviews that raved about this shop, I did not receive the same service upon walking in. I was told that he wouldn’t be able to look at my ac issue because he was way too busy and that “it is just him” in which could true but I decided to take my business elsewhere as it just felt (in my opinion) as if he just didn’t want to service me for whatever reason. Other customers that wrote a review stated that they just walked in-no appointment and he serviced them right away, I assumed that would be the case for me so I decided to give it a try. I even drove pass this business after leaving to find another shop nearby and saw the owner of this place talking to someone and he did not appear extremely busy as he claimed. Needless to say, the other location that I found did have a few cars ahead of me but did at least assist me and show me right away what the issue I was having with my ac.

They were very professional and provided excellent service. They repaired or air conditioner. While charging AC unit they discovered that one of our cooling fans wasn’t working and gave us an estimate to replace the cooling fan. I highly recommend Tom and his technicians to take care of your AC and electrical needs.
