Went in for an A/C repair. I dropped it off in the morning and by 1pm I received a call it was complete. Fast service. Reasonable price!

The staff was very nice. But pricing is extremely high. To be fair, I typically do all my own work. So I may not be giving a fair review. But I was able to purchase all the parts at full retail pricing for more than $100 less than I was quoted. And the labor was also very high considering I was able to do it myself in an afternoon with no lift or professional tools. $900+ for a/c in an early 2000s Mustang just seems way to high. However, due to the fallout from COVID lockdowns, there aren't a lot of other options left if you can't do it yourself.

Great service! Derek and his guys are hard working and will get your air conditioner working like new. They had my vehicle ready the same day! A++ customer service and quality parts! Thank you Auto Air of Macon!

Love this business and it’s people. It doesn’t matter how old or how new the vehicle is, they can keep you riding cool. They’ve worked on my 1989 Lincoln Towncar and that a/c is ice cold. They even replaced a defective smog pump for me, which is not even a/c related. Saved me a trip to another shop. Customer service is excellent, repairs are fast and friendly and the mechanics/technicians are eager and willing to explain things to you. I’ve saved a ton of money going to them versus the dealer. I had a fan speed control issue and I also couldn’t control where my air flow came from (vent, floor or defroster. Cost me $3,400.00 at the dealer, only for it to have the same issue the following year. They covered that one but the next year in 2021, same issue. It will cost about the same. Nope going back to Auto Air. They know what they’re doing. I’ve never had to bring back anything for a re-do.
