Nealon Hightower2 StarAvi, while not very knowledgeable, was very polite and seemed organized. I called, explained my problem and was informed that they could fix it. Bottom line is, after 2 days, they informed me that they just wouldn't fix my AC. The tech guy explained to me what I needed to do to fix it myself, which I did. Word to the wise, I'd suggest to have them run a diagnostic BEFORE they recharge your system. They like to just pump in the freon before testing for leaks or to see if your system even works properly, taking your $94 and if there was a problem charging more later. I watched this happen to at least 2 other customers (and myself) while I waited.Saturday 3rd July 2021
denise freeman1 StarI thought I purchased a remanufactured engine, I had another shop installed it. When the mechanic installed it, the engine rattled and the timing was off plus the oil pump wasn't any good! They won't return my money or fix the engine while in the truck so no I will not reccomend using this shop ever again!!Monday 20th September 2021
