They were very kind to take me right away after explaining them my situation to have to get to Virginia Beach before a certain time to pick up my bib for the Rock'n Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon. Not professional at all, they installed a faulty part in my car, and when I went back they said there was nothing wrong with it and that I need to install a different part that will cost me 900$, the funny story is they contacted their supplier while I was listening and they inquired about the part warranty, so in short they tried to rip me off again, thank God I found an honest guy who fixed it for 140$, and yes, he confirmed that these guys are using super cheap parts, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
