JD Sky5 StarA past due 5* review of the most incredible service, treatment & understanding I've received from an Auto Repair Company. (I had the Radiator replaced) They gave me a list, in order of priority for safety, also a list of all the things that were in excellent working order, they even provided transport for pick up once my car was ready. They took the time to answer questions and patiently explained them to me. The Staff was friendly, the inside waiting area was immaculate, hot coffee, snacks, restroom, drinks..... Sydney Hisaw5 StarI visited Auto ER to have them help me install parts and replace my battery. Bobby and his team were the BEST. All so kind, genuine and made sure all of the customers were informed and comfortable. Very clean space with coffee, drinks and snacks to hang out in while your car is being fixed as well which was nice. Service was fast, too--not one complaint.Thank you Bobby, Jesse and Dwight for helping me out. John Scoggin5 StarI had my bumper repaired at Auto ER. Jesse was very professional and went above and beyond to give me excellent service. Since they were going to have to do some paintwork, they offered to touch up a small scratch on my door free of charge in addition to fixing my bumper. I was out of town while they worked on the car, and they made sure to ask me when I’d be arriving back in town so they could make sure to wash my car on the day I got back.
