Tried to get a state safety inspection, and got turned away since I didn’t have an appointment and they were all booked up… okay understandable, so I made an appointment and waited 2 weeks for the inspection only to still get turned away for being booked up even though I had an appointment. I’d consider choosing a place that actually values your time when getting an inspection, this place isn’t worth your time

Please do not use their service. If I could give a 0 star, I would. They are extremely irresponsible and disorganized. I went in for a state inspection at which they discovered one of the lights were out and need to be replaced. They promised to have the part in 2-3 days, then 4-5 days, then 1 week, and then 2 weeks. I stopped by them everyday after the inspection to ask and they kept saying they're still waiting for the part but it will be fixed in 2 weeks. I ended up going to the local dealership to get the part fixed in time because of the 2-week deadline for the re-inspection. They promise but don't deliver. Don't go there.
