Laura Gummeson3 StarI came in ahead of time knowing the oil type that's recommended for my car (5W20) and that it can accept synthetic blend (I don't do any towing or hauling-got the synthetic blend oil change 10 months ago) and I told them I wanted the blend ahead of time. They put full synthetic in and were about to charge me $80! You can get a jug of FULL synthetic for$25! So they drained it and added the blend, because apparently wasting their own oil and time is more worth it for them than charging me the price of the blend.
They had me sign a form acknowledging that I put in oil that's not designed for my car and told me I would need another oil change in 3 months. I think not. They must expect women to not know about their cars and that they can be taken advantage of.Thursday 18th November 2021
Katheryne Rubio1 StarThey did not put a washer on the bolt that closes the oil tank, and now the bolt was almost impossible to take off and almost totally destroyed my oil tank. Never come here for services. They will screw up your car so you have to keep going to them.Monday 7th February 2022

B E1 StarUMASS parents tell your kids to go elsewhere. My son, a student at UMASS, brought his car here for its annual inspection. They told him he needed to replace a license plate light bulb and his windshield wipers. Somehow, the $35 inspection became a $113 bill. Preposterous. An additional $80 for a pair of windshield wipers and a lightbulb? I do most of my own auto work- the light bulb is a $3 part and the windshield wipers should've been at most $30 for the pair.
Obviously, they were happy to take advantage of him. So, I'm happy to let everyone know this is a low integrity establishment and consumers should look elsewhere for their car repairs.Thursday 13th January 2022
